Saudi Women’s Leadership & Economic Inclusion: Driving the SDG Agenda to 2030 9 December 2020

A month after the G20 Summit was held in Riyadh, marking the first time the Summit has convened in an Arab State, AIWF held the concluding webinar of its AIWF Webinar Series 2020 on 09 December with a high-level panel of Saudi women leaders who shared the initiatives and transformation currently underway in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to empower women’s economic inclusion and participation in line with Vision 2030.
The session was chaired by AIWF Founder & Chair Haifa Al Kaylani, moderated by AIWF Board Member Dr Afnan Al Shuaiby, and welcomed Khlood Al Dukheil, Partner of Al Dukheil Financial Group; and Dr Moudhi Al Jamea, Technology General Manager, STC Academy. Ms Al Dukheil shared the opportunities open to women in the financial sector and in society overall, whilst Dr Al Jamea elaborated on the exciting opportunities for women in STEM, AI and cybersecurity in a country where over half of STEM graduates are women.
