The Board of the Arab International Women’s Forum (AIWF) is delighted to announce that AIWF has been shortlisted for the QS Reimagine Education 2026 ‘Power of Partnerships’ Award. This recognition honours AIWF’s 25 years of global advocacy for the empowerment and inclusion of women and young people across the MENA region and internationally. This year’s awards attracted more than 2,200 submissions across 15 categories, with the highly competitive first round assessed by over 1,000 international judges.
The Power of Partnerships Award recognises institutions or organisations that leverage partnerships as a primary driver of innovation, scale, and impact in education. AIWF, which celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2026, has delivered a continuous programme of cross-sector partnerships designed to advance women’s leadership and the economic inclusion of women and young people across the MENA region.
Since inception, AIWF has convened, collaborated and partnered with governments in the Arab world, the UK and internationally, with leading private sector corporations, global development and academic institutions, media, and civil society organisations, to exchange knowledge, build consensus and translate dialogue into recommendations for policy, institutional practice and investment. This is at the heart of AIWF’s work.
Over two and a half decades, we have partnered with all of these stakeholders on our conferences, seminars, leadership training, publications and high-level advocacy, addressing women’s entrepreneurship and employment, education and STEM participation, sustainability and climate action, artificial intelligence, food and water security, and public health.
We are exceptionally proud to receive this prestigious recognition from QS and we extend our sincere gratitude to all our valued members, partners and stakeholders, whose longstanding collaboration has made this achievement possible.
The QS Reimagine Education Awards and Conference 2026 will take place from 6–8 December 2026 at InterContinental London The O2, bringing together educators, institutions, innovators, investors and industry leaders from around the world to exchange ideas, build connections and explore developments across global education.
