AIWF is delighted to support the WiSER Pioneer Program call for applications, which closes on December 7, 2025. We welcome your support in reaching exceptional female candidates aged 25–35 who would benefit from the ninth edition of the WiSER Pioneers Program.
Since its launch in 2018, the Pioneers Program has provided 535+ hours of workshops, 515+ hours of one-to-one mentoring and welcomed more than 150 Pioneers from over 30 nationalities, equipping them with the knowledge, networks, and leadership skills to shape the global energy transformation and deliver impact in their communities.
Co-founded by Masdar and the Zayed Sustainability Prize in 2015, WiSER is a platform that champions women as leaders of sustainable change. Since its inception, WiSER has focused on the core pillars of education, engagement, and empowerment, and is born of the UAE leadership’s longstanding and continuing commitment to the role of women; a commitment traced directly back to the vision of the late founding father Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
Education is the foundation of WiSER’s training and mentorship programs, equipping women with leadership skills grounded in sustainability principles. Engagement is fostered through immersive field visits and high-level forums, providing opportunities to deepen knowledge and build meaningful connections. Empowerment is at the core of our global events, uniting influential leaders to collaborate and advance solutions at the intersection of gender and sustainability.
Eligible candidates must:
Be female professionals aged 25-35
Hold a degree in a field related to environment, energy, sustainability, or STEM, with at least two years of work experience
Demonstrate proficiency in spoken English
