Qatar Chamber recently participated in the Global Women Economic Forum and Exhibition, held by the Bahrain Businesswomen’s Society in Manama, Bahrain. Representing Qatar Chamber at the forum was board member and Chairperson of the Qatari Businesswomen Forum and AIWF Board Member, Ibtihaj Al-Ahmadani.
During the forum, Al-Ahmadani spoke in a panel discussion titled “The Role of Public-Private Partnerships in Empowering Economies”, which delved into the transformative impact of public-private partnerships (PPPs) on economic growth, innovation, and sustainable development at both regional and global levels.
Qatar Chamber also recently participated in the Oman-Qatar Economic Forum, held on Wednesday, January 29, in Muscat, on the sidelines of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani’s visit to the Sultanate of Oman.
The Chamber’s delegation was led by H.E. Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim Al Thani, Chairman, and included H.E. Rashid bin Hamad Al-Athba, Second Vice Chairman, along with several board members, the General Manager, and a number of Qatari businessmen.
The forum focused on enhancing trade and economic cooperation between the two brotherly countries, emphasizing the role of the private sector in strengthening trade exchanges and fostering joint investments.
