Haifa Al Kaylani OBE was delighted to speak on 06 February 2025 at a very special fireside chat event hosted by the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs x Emirati Women Achievers Bootcamp at startAD Central at NYUAD. Moderated by Professor Barbara Scheck, Professor for Entrepreneurship at Munich Business School/Germany & Visiting Professor of Business, Organizations and Society, New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD), Haifa was invited to share her journey with AIWF and her learnings and insights along the way with Emirati Women business owners looking to grow their ventures to global markets.
During her address, Haifa shared how partnerships are particularly important for women-led SMEs, and how they can help overcome common challenges faced by female entrepreneurs. She also discussed the significant advantages partnerships can offer women-led SMEs, especially in terms of scaling their businesses or entering new markets.
