The Arab International Women’s Forum and Arabia Insurance are pleased to invite you to register for our inaugural virtual panel discussion, ‘Advancing Women’s Leadership in Insurance: Bridging the Gender Gap in the MENA Region’, on Monday 02 June 2025 (11:00 UK / 14:00 UAE) on Zoom.
In this panel, we will explore the unprecedented opportunities now open to women for their advancement in the insurance industry across the MENA region; as well as stubborn structural and cultural barriers such as limited flexible work arrangements, especially for women returning from maternity leave, inadequate leadership and professional development pathways, and slow industry adoption of technology and AI, all of which continue to restrict women’s progression in the sector.
This virtual event also marks the launch of the strategic, non-commercial partnership between AIWF and Arabia Insurance Company aimed at fostering a more inclusive, equitable, and innovative insurance sector.
